Pasta di Sirmione – Gluten-Free Recipe is a tasty and healthy alternative to traditional fresh pasta, designed specifically for celiacs and those intolerant to gluten .

The ingredients are all naturally gluten-free: our select blend of rice and corn flours, 100% Italian eggs, Mediterranean sea salt and water. We do not use gluten-removed wheat.

Made in Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda, every stage of production combines craftsmanship and modern production standards, ensuring the absence of contamination for those following a gluten-free diet.

The result is a handcrafted pasta with a genuine flavor and a pleasantly firm consistency, to be enjoyed with complete safety.
